Chen Sen Control Limited is a factory authorized distributor of Johnson Controls products and is located in Shenzhen of China. The company was founded in 2005. CS Controls has successfully completed many projects including pharmaceutical labs, manufacturing facilities, commercial office buildings, casinos, hotels, military bases & government facilities, and schools.
CS Controls is an independent contractor, but as a Johnson Controls Authorized Building Control Specialist (ABCS), has full factory support from Johnson Controls corporate. CS Controls is one of a select few ABCS?s that are fully authorized to support the complete Johnson Controls Metasys product line.
CS Controls offers service support & on-line assistance during normal business hours. Emergency Service Support is also available 24 Hours a day / 7 days a week. Johnson Controls Factory support including product technical support, and employee or customer training is available through the Johnson Controls corporate offices located in Milwaukee, WI, and in the regional offices located in Los Angeles, CA. CS Controls also conducts technical training at its office.
In addition to Johnson Controls products, CS Controls has its own manufacturers to provide some project to enhance the Johnson Controls BAS system. These product include USB to Serial Adapter, Metasys IO modules, Integrator, Metasys N2 bus to Ethernet Lan Converter, SMS paging system, Tenancy Report, and etc.
